INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS
WINTER PERIOD – ACADEMIC YEAR 2026–2027
MSc in Digital Health
Dear Student,
An internship allows postgraduate students to apply to collaborate with private and public organisations in specific projects to gain expertise, skills and knowledge in specific domains related to the content of our MSc program. These opportunities align well with our studies and are part of our curriculum.
Our aim is to bring students closely to working environments. As such communication channels will be developed with organisations such as Hospitals, other Healthcare organisations, companies, research Institutions and labs within Greece or abroad. This will allow students to familiarize with working environmetns and workspace requirements allowing them to have a smoother transition to market and future employment. Students develop their professional network through the internship to be able to activate it after graduation from our MSc program.
Before starting an internship, students are required to apply for Expression of Interest – Statement of Training and carefully read the New Internship Regulation of the MSc in Digital Health (link).
Within the framework of the project “Self-Funded Internship Program for Master’s Degree Students at the University of Ioannina”, postgraduate students enrolled in MSc program in Digital Health are invited to express their interest in participating in the Internship Program during the Winter Period of the Academic Year 2026-2027.

Application Submission Period: From 2 June 2026 until 30 June 2026 at 14:00
Internship Duration: Typically, from October 15 to December 15 (2 months) or from March 15 to May 15 (2 months).
